Maria Izabel Gonçalves a Chef pâtissiére and Journalist established a gastronomic enterprise, devoted to the preparation of home-cooked meals and delicious pastry inspired by her grandmother's traditional recipes.To honour such a life-experience of vernacular cuisine, the chef decided to baptize her business after her Grandmother's nickname, Mariquinha.
